	Bonnel Spring Block is a tested by time classical type of a spring block that helps keeping correct body position during sleep. It makes optimal mode of weight distribution. Consists of five-coiled double-coned interconnected springs. 	Separate block Pocket Spring of chess-style is more perfect type of spring block, each of its springs is inside the separate cover of non-woven fabric. Chess-order conjunction of springs allows distributing loading optimally among points that increases orthopedic effect. Mattress with such spring block can reproduce body contours perfectly that makes it maximal anatomical. Due to the mattress points of flexibility it has no ‘wave effect’. Double-bed mattresses will be especially suitable for two people who have big difference in weight.
	‘Cellular type’ separate spring block is a new type of a block preserving separate spring block’s best features. The separate springs are not interconnected but built-in like cells into whole firm and resilient polyurethane foam block. Such system also allows distributing weight equally on points, making mattress more anatomical. Mattresses with such block type have higher resilience and stress-resistance. 	Latex is elastic resilient natural product. Latex gives softness and elasticity to mattress. It is produced by frothing rubber tree juice essence. It has a structure similar to bee’s air cells. Latex is load-resistant, serves for a long time and quickly restores its original shape. This is high-quality, long-life and very elastic material. We use ‘zoned’ latex with different firmness zones improving orthopedic properties. This stable hypo allergic material can preserve its primal properties, not deformed up to 20 years. Non absorbing liquid prevents bacteria growing that means very good hygienic properties of this material.
	Thermo fiber is environment friendly natural filler made of thermo pressed felt. Felt increases mattress’ durability and firmness. The material is also good for protection of the filler from damage caused by springs that helps to preserve good quality for many years of use.
	Polyurethane foam (PF) is environment friendly material which main advantages are high elasticity, long life and being hypo allergic. Because of modern production technologies it can preserve its shape and resilience for a long time. One of the classical environment friendly mattress fillers. We use PF from the best producers with highest resilience and quality indexes.
	Air Foam is a new brand material; Air Foam system allows increasing mattress comfort and gives delightful feeling of deeper sleep. Relaxing on mattress with such filler you can recover more quickly.
	Memory Foam is viscid elastic foam, a new resilient hypo allergic material. It has micro porous structure and a unique property to ‘memorize’ body shape, reflecting it perfectly and giving you comfort feeling similar to floating on water’s surface. After use the surface of the foam quickly restores its previous condition. This makes a unique anatomic effect, when pressure is equal at all points the body contacts with the surface. So, the blood vessels are not compressed during sleep.
	Span bond is a modern material of very firm unwoven hygroscopic fiber. It prevents the inner mattress filler from damaged caused by spring block and distributes weight equally. It also gives additional durability and long life to mattress.
	Jacquard is recognized to be the best fabric for mattress covers: wear proof and high density of thread. Contains cotton and polyester. The specialists of textile production suggest ‘60% cotton to 40% polyester’ correlation to be the best. While producing the fabric is soaked with special compositions to gain bactericide and insecticide properties.
	Stretch Jacquard is a modern high elasticity fabric with ‘breathy’ effect making optimal microclimate, good liquid and air circulation, preserving all the best Jacquard’s properties.
	Deep sewed cover, we use removable and non-removable covers of Jacquard and Stretch Jacquard sewed with synthepone for production technology. In ‘winter/summer’ series the cover is additionally quilted with cotton or wool. The sides of such mattress, according to that, are marked with ‘cotton’ and ‘wool’ labels. We use deep sewed covers for any kind of our products that helps to distribute loading more effectively and to prolong mattress life; the cover enlarged volume and also makes mattress more decorous and comfortable.
	Euro carcass, or the side box, is made of high density polyurethane foam. It is located along internal perimeter of mattress, making its side’s shape perfect, increasing its edge’s firmness and preventing the mattress from hang-like deformation at one time.
